Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We do not collect or store any credit card information on our servers but leave the processing of credit card information to PayPal and their secure site and systems. A PayPal account is not required to pay using their credit card system as they serve only as our processing agent, but payment through your PayPal account is also available, if you so desire.

Special payment arrangements have and can be made if you just absolutely refuse to use or don't possess a credit card or a PayPal Account. Talk to Kevin at one of the sessions.

Delivery Information

All ABC products are provided as downloads through this site. Any other materials, such as Spirit Enterprises recordings, are available directly from them and are subject to their procedures and charges.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will be dealt with confidentially, and effectively. ABC is more a ministry than a business. Every effort will be expended to insure your complete satisfaction.
